WHAT is C4C?

C4C is a green and healthy initiative that brings our communities together. This year our focus is on children with cancer and our theme is Cat for Cancer. In this student-led event, we combine business outreach, environmental awareness, community service, and up-cycling ideas to raise funds for PROJECT ASK – Children with Cancer.

WHO runs C4C?

Students at Lakes Braddock Secondary School clubs like FBLA, KEY CLUB join forces to collect missing-pair, underused, or unwanted socks, fabric scrap, yarn, thread, small plastic bottles and more to up-cycle a sock cat. The new creation will give new life to these soon-to-be-trash items, reduce waste, and help raise money.

Sock Cat will be registered to our online shelter. All adoption proceeds as well as profits from our community outreach will go to ASK, Children Cancer Foundation.
